Delivery Policies and Information

Free Delivery Qualifications

Free delivery available within our primary service area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) for orders meeting minimum quantity, typically 50+ pallets depending on specific location and pallet type. Minimum may be lower for locations on established routes with other deliveries. Volume customers and contract accounts may qualify for free delivery at lower minimums. Orders below free delivery threshold can be delivered for fee based on distance and quantity. Will-call pickup always free. Delivery Time Windows

Standard delivery windows are 4-hour blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, or 8am-5pm full day). We call 30-60 minutes before arrival to confirm receiving readiness. Earlier specific appointments available for additional fee when scheduling allows. Residential or limited-access locations may require specific appointment times. We understand your dock scheduling constraints and work to accommodate preferred delivery times. Multiple deliveries to same facility can be coordinated. Time-critical deliveries receive priority scheduling with guaranteed windows.

Unloading Requirements

Our standard delivery trucks equipped with forklift or liftgate for unloading. We unload pallets onto your loading dock or ground level as directed. If facility has forklift and prefers to unload, driver will supervise. For locations without loading dock, we use liftgate service. Inside delivery, placement in specific locations, or stacking requires advance arrangement and may incur additional charges. Driver requires clear unloading area and safe working environment. Unusual access situations (narrow alleys, weight restrictions, etc.) should be communicated when ordering so we bring appropriate equipment.

Delivery Inspection

Customer should inspect pallet quantity and condition upon delivery. Driver obtains signature acknowledging receipt. Shortages or damage claims must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery. Concealed damage discovered after delivery should be reported within 24 hours with photos. We stand behind our products and resolve any quality issues promptly. Inspection is quick visual check of quantity and obvious damage - detailed inspection of every pallet not required. We maintain high quality standards and carefully load deliveries to minimize damage risk.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

If delivery is refused or facility closed during scheduled window despite confirmation, redelivery fees apply. If access issues prevent delivery (gate codes, security procedures, or dock unavailability not communicated in advance), customer responsible for redelivery charges. We make every effort to coordinate and confirm deliveries, but customer must ensure facility ready to receive. Rescheduling standard deliveries without penalty if notice given at least 24 hours in advance. Communication is key to successful deliveries.

Limited Access Locations

Residential, construction sites, schools, hospitals, military bases, airports, or other locations with access restrictions may incur additional delivery fees. Advance notification of access requirements (security check-in, escorts, specific delivery hours, or special equipment) allows us to plan appropriately. Delivery to storage facilities, marinas, or other non-standard locations may require special arrangements. These fees cover additional time, coordination, and sometimes specialized equipment. We work to minimize these charges but must account for delivery complexity. Always inform us of any access limitations when ordering.
